Synomtech believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of proprietary and confidential information (“Information”) we receive from or relating to our existing and prospective customers (“Customers”). Such Information may also include personal information that is required to be protected under the applicable statutory provisions. We describe in our “Privacy Policy” herein, how we treat such l Information, that we receive from our Customers who avail / desire to avail of our services.


Why we Receive Information and How we Use it:

We receive Information from or relating to our Customers. We use such Information for authorized business purposes only, such as provision of system integration, software development,
consulting, implementation, support, training, hardware manufacturing, BPO and related services. We may also use Information to offer our Customers, products
or services that we currently provide or intend to provide in future.

How We Receive Information:

We get most Information directly from our Customers. If we need additional information, we may obtain such Information from third parties such as credit rating agencies, analysts
, industry representative bodies , regulatory institutions, our marketing & business associates and the like. Information collected may relate to our Customer’s
financial position, management, business, markets and products – which could help Synomtech serve our Customers better.

How We Protect Information:

We treat all Information received by us in a confidential manner. Our employees are required to protect the confidentiality of such Information. Employees may access Information only
when there is an appropriate reason to do so, such as to administer or offer our products or services. Employees are also contractually bound to use the
Information only for the purpose for which it is received and protect such Information from any unauthorised disclosure.

Information Disclosure:

We may disclose any Information when we believe it necessary for the conduct of our business, or where disclosure is required by law. For example, Information may be disclosed to our partners
/ vendors to enable them to provide business services to us and assist us in providing services to our Customers. Information may also be disclosed for audit or research purposes; or to law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Information may be disclosed to business associates, such as marketing partners, service providers, companies that process data for us, companies that provide general administrative services for us. We may make other disclosures of Information as permitted by law.

Access to and Correction of Information:

Generally, upon written request of our Customers, we will make available Information for review. Information collected in connection with, or in anticipation of, any claim or legal proceeding will not be made available. If the Customer notifies us that the Information is incorrect, we will review it. If we agree, we will correct our records. If we do not agree, the Customer may submit a short statement of dispute, which we will include in any future disclosure of Information.
